Critical Illness

Critical illness insurance provides valuable financial protection by providing a lump sum benefit to the insured individual upon diagnosis of a specific critical illness. This lump sum payment can be used in a variety of ways, and you have the flexibility to decide how to utilize the funds received from a critical illness claim.

Member documentation

Both of the following forms must be submitted by the member to ensure prompt payments and to disclose medical information to Wawanesa Life.

Physician Statements

For critical illnesses, we require a physician to complete a physician statement to outline your particular condition. If you cannot find your specific illness, please consult your contract or contact us at 1-844-318-0411.
