Getting started

Signing into our online service is now easier and more secure. All users registered before December 6, 2023 are required to update their login username with their email address. Existing usernames are being replaced with email addresses to enhance security on the site.

To sign up, please have the following information on hand:

Find your Wawanesa Life member ID or WLI on your benefits card under the plan member's name

An email account

You will need real-time access to the email address you use so we can send a verification code.

Your member ID

Your Wawanesa Life member ID (“WLI”) can be found on your benefits card, or your plan administrator can provide it.

Basic account information

You’ll be asked to provide details to verify you are the account owner.

Direct deposit information (optional)

You will have the option to enter your banking details to ensure speedy payments.

A secure password

It’s important to create a secure password that is unique, at least eight characters long and contains at least one upper, one lower and one special character.
